Legacy Behavioral Health Center, Inc. is a community mental health center that has been serving residents of Martin, Okeechobee, St. Lucie, Indian River and Palm Beach Counties since 2005.

We are committed to improving the quality of life and level of performance of emotionally and behaviorally challenged infants, children, adolescents, families and adults through an array of evidence based and diverse services.

Psychiatric

The Psychiatric assessment is the process of diagnose the patient’s mental status or psychological conditions in order to make a mental diagnosis.

Psychological

The purpose of psychological testing is to evaluate and understand the strengths and challenges patients may have in their cognitive, behavioral, and emotional functioning.

Outpatient Therapy

These services are available to assist persons with developing and maintaining coping skills that facilitate the adjustment and integration within their living environment.

Therapeutic Behavioral

TBOS Services are delivered in a non-provider setting, such as home, school, shelter care facility, foster home, or detention center, to a child and or caretakers involved in the case.

Targeted Case Management

The Target Case Management is designed for recipients who meet the admission criteria and to optimized the functioning of recipient’s which have complex needs.

Telehealth Services

Legacy Behavioral Health provides the option of telehealth services to allow patients to connect with mental health professionals remotely using HIPAA compliant video conference system.
